- Most companies will begin booking their picnic 1 year in advance to ensure their date and location. Most picnics are planned 4-6 months in advance.
CAN YOU PLAN A PICNIC IN A SHORT NOTICE?
- Yes, of course we can, although it is not advised but we can plan your picnic event in less than one (1) week
YOU HAVE NO PRICES ON YOUR SITE, HOW DO I GET A PRICE QUOTE FOR MY PICNIC?
- We don't have prices on our site because all picnics are different and require special requirements that reflect in the bottom line price. CAN THE PICNIC PLANNERS "RESERVE" MY PARK AND OBTAIN "PERMITS" ?
- Yes we will be more than happy to make the "Park Reservations" and obtain all your "Park Permits". Any additional cost associated with this service will be on your final invoice.
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE MY PICNIC WITH THE PICNIC PLANNERS?
- Once all the details are in place and an invoice is issued, a $1,500 minimum picnic retainer is due to secure your picnic.
HOW FAR WILL THE PICNIC PLANNERS TRAVEL?
- Depending on our schedule, we will travel within the greater Bay Area, San Francisco, Gilroy, Danville San Jose, San Francisco, Sunnyvale Company Picnic, Oakland, Sacramento, Modesto, Merced, Santa Rosa, Mountain View, Los Gatos, Cupertino, Pleasanton, Burlingame, Hayward, Fremont, San Mateo, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Redwood City, Berkeley, Richmond, San Ramon, Castro Valley, Livermore, Tracy, San Rafael, Marin County, Santa Clara County, Milpitas, and Bay Area Company Picnic Planners. WHAT SIZE GROUP CAN THE PICNIC PLANNERS HANDLE?
- Depending on your location we can handle up to 10,000 people
WILL THE PICNIC PLANNERS CATER FOR LESS THAN 100 GUESTS?
- Depending on our schedule we can lower our minimum to 50 count but we do have a 50 person minimum food order.
DO YOU COOK ON-SITE?
- Yes, all our side dishes are made that morning for the best quality and freshness possible. Our meat products are smoked for 12-18 hours and finished at your picnic site on our large bbq pits
