Picnic attendees are able to visit the all-you-can-eat barbecue buffet as often as they like and choose from some of the great following options. For starters your guests will be able to snack on Chips and Fresh Made Salsa! you can also choose from many other food menu options. We serve only the highest quality beef, pork and poultry. Everything is smoked using green hardwood (pecan, oak and hickory) for 12-18 hours. The result is melt in your mouth, authentic (and slightly addictive) BBQ. No sauce required, but feel free to add our homemade sauces to enhance the flavor.
